This free backup monitoring monitors that the backup has been successfully performed as per the backup schedule. Daily backup monitoring is setup to report any anomalies in your backup. The verification is emailed to a designated person or group to alert them of the result. However, in some cases a successful backup status may still mean that exceptions or errors have occurred. It is these exceptions that are often overlooked which can lead to problems in data restore.

Optional Monthly Integrity Verification by Backup Technician

Best practice recommends that a manual integrity verification be performed monthly by a technician to ensure that the backups will actually restore.

Minimum 3 months reduced fixed cost of $26.50 per technician verification.

In this service reliable backup applications are verified by a technician on completion. Our service desk engineers will then review your backup logs and any substantiated errors, exceptions will be logged and investigated.
